Job Description
As Clinical Operations Global Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 people, including clinical study project managers, project manager assistants, trainees, and a Data Management team. Your objective is to ensure the smooth collection and analysis of clinical data images on an international scale. Key tasks include: managing team activity to achieve objectives, participating in business development strategy, resolving incidents or problems encountered by customers and clinical centers, and supporting audits in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team. Participating in projects to optimize organizational activities is also required. The ideal candidate has a university degree or Grande Ecole diploma, ideally in project management or similar, with 5-8 years of experience in a similar position. A background in Life Sciences and knowledge of clinical studies in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetology is a plus. English (C1 minimum) is required, along with advanced computer skills in OpenOffice.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of clinical studies in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetology is a plus
