Job Description

Position for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with experience in managing projects and a strong understanding of RUN. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing projects during the build phase, focusing on cost, time, and risk management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery of commitments and contributing to the definition of corrective actions and improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction once in production, supervise operational activities, analyze incidents, and define improvement plans.
  • Produce contractual and operational deliverables on key performance indicators (dashboards, variance analysis, project reports, corrective action management, etc.) to ensure the respect of service levels and propose necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on responses to calls for tenders in France and abroad.

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Piloting projects Build: Manage the phases of definition, design, and deployment of projects with a focus on cost, time, and risk management. - Coordination and client follow-up: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensure delivery of commitments, and contribute to the definition of corrective actions and improvements. - RUN: Ensure customer satisfaction once in production, supervise operational activities, analyze incidents, and define improvement plans. - Follow-up and reporting: Produce contractual and operational deliverables on key performance indicators (dashboards, variance analysis, project reports, corrective action management, etc.) to ensure the respect of service levels and propose necessary actions. - Participation in bid responses: Collaborate with internal teams on responses to calls for tenders in France and abroad.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, with significant experience in project Build management.
  • Strong understanding of RUN phases and client needs.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external providers (technical interfaces, operators, assistant master of work...).
  • Experience in public procurement. - Proficiency in various tools: Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, GitLab,... - Good understanding of technical issues. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration.
  • Qualities: - Rigor, leadership, and excellent organizational skills. - Strong communication and synthesis abilities. - Proficiency in English. - Adaptability within an evolving ecosystem.
