Ceva is seeking a Hardware Analog-Mixed Signal Team Lead to join our Wireless Internet of Things group in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for team tasks planning and coordination, ensuring project execution and developing the next generations of wireless solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the team
- Review circuits developed by the team
- Design and verify analog/mixed-signal blocks that meet required specifications
- Work closely with Layout Engineers and perform layout reviews
- Generate design documentation reports and participate in design reviews
- Support post-silicon verification and debugging tasks with electrical measurements in the Lab

About the Role: As the Team Lead, you will be in charge of team tasks planning and coordination, ensuring alignment. You will work closely with management to ensure correct project execution. You will join a dynamic and agile team responsible for developing the next generations of wireless solutions for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB within the RF group located in Athens after the MEICSi acquisition of CEVA. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to the team - Review circuits developed by the team - Design and verify analog/mixed-signal blocks that meet required specifications - Work closely with Layout Engineers and perform layout reviews - Generate design documentation reports and participate in design reviews - Support post-silicon verification and debugging tasks with electrical measurements in the Lab Requirements: - Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related analog circuit design - More than 5 years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design in nanometer planar CMOS or FinFET technologies - Knowledge of circuits such as ADC, DAC, VCO, Ring-Oscillators, frequency dividers, analog low-pass filters, RSSI, AGC loops, voltage regulators, and band-gap reference - Low voltage and low power CMOS design technique knowledge in nanometer technologies is essential - Experience with Cadence IC design tools - Experience writing reports and technical documentation - Knowledge of system architecture for wireless transceivers - Understanding of PLL system architecture - Team player with communication abilities - Flexibility and dynamic thinking - Good organization and prioritization skills - Fluency in English Advantage: Wireless communication norm background
Qualifications
